November 28, 2023 -- Holiday revelers can help feed the hungry by raising a toast during the 15th Annual SANTA Monica Pub Crawl next month.

Since 2008, the crawl -- which takes place December 16 -- has provided more than half a million meals by raising nearly $200,000 for the Westside Food Bank.

Crawlers wearing the official pub crawl wristband can choose from three different routes (Main Street, Promenade and Ocean Avenue) and get exclusive $6 to $9 food and drink specials at more than 20 bars and restaurants, event organizers said.

Early Bird Tickets are $20 for GA or $30 for VIP Route Hopper and also include one free drink, priority entry into the city's hottest bars and beer gardens and free cover charges.

The tickets also include DJs and live entertainment and "entry into Santa’s official after-party," organizers said.

Pub crawl participants are encouraged to dress in Santa/Holiday attire, and prizes are awarded to best holiday spirit and winners of Santa's Scavenger Hunt.

There will also be raffle tickets and Santa hats available for sale at each of the official starting locations.

"Dust off those antlers and Santa hats, shine up those menorahs and join thousands of elves, santas, and naughty reindeer" in one of Santa Monica's popular holiday traditions, organizers said.

Participating locations include The Victorian, Jameson's Irish Pub, Ashland Hill, JuneShine, Library Alehouse, Tavern on Main, Twelve Twelve, Barney's Beanery, Britannia Pub, Cabo Cantina, Harvelle's, Santa Monica Whaler, Sol Agave Mexican, Sugar Palm at Viceroy, Ye Old Kings Head, Mon Ami, Nameless, Library Alehouse, The Backyard at Chez Jay, Sugar Palm at The Viceroy and Ye Old Kings Head.

A portion of all proceeds benefits the Westside Food Bank, which annually distributes nearly 4 million pounds of food to the food assistance programs of 65 Westside social service agencies, organizers said.

This year's sponsors are Stella Artois, Dulce Vida Tequila, Vintage Distilling, Sake High, Green Goddess PediCabs, LA Weekly, BuyLocalSM, Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and the Main Street Business Improvement District.
