Police Ask Public to Help Find Suspects Wanted for Sexual Assault

October 28, 2011 -- Police are asking the public to help them identify and locate three suspects wanted for a daytime sexual assault in an alley near the northeast intersection of Pico and Lincoln boulevards.

On Wednesday, October 19 at 2 p.m. the female victim told police she had been walking along the 800 block of Pico Boulevard when three men grabbed her from behind.

She said the suspects dragged her into an alley where they tried to remove her clothing while sexually assaulting her. The victim was able to fight off her attackers and run away.

The suspects were described as:

A male Hispanic in his 30’s with black hair in a “buzz cut,” wearing a white t-shirt, black “Dickies” shorts and white socks;

A male Hispanic in his mid-30’s, wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans, with a tattoo of a skull on his left forearm; and

A male White in his late 30’s, wearing a long sleeve black shirt over a white t-shirt, black “Dickies” shorts and white basketball shoes.

Police believe the suspects may have driven a older model 4-door brown Cadillac.
