April 7, 2011 -- The entries are in and it's time to judge – which is the best Twilight Dance Series poster? This time, you get to choose.

The Santa Monica Pier Restoration Corporation (SMPRC) has already received more than 100 entries, and it's narrowed down the field to 25 top designs.

Now SMPRC is asking the public to log on and vote for the winning poster that best graphically represents the 2011 Twilight Dance Summer Concert Series.

The poster that wins will be used as the focal point of SMPRC's publicity about the popular outdoor summer music series, and will be featured in display advertising, posters, flyers, banners and more.

Those who want to vote can log on to the SMPRC's secure website at www.santamonicapier.org and click on the “Twilight Dance Series” link on the left column of the home page which will take them to a page filled with colorful and professionally executed posters.

Only one vote per person is allowed, and voting will end at 5 p.m. PST on Friday, April 29.

And don't forget to mark your calendar for the first concert of the season on Thursday, July 7, 2011. All of the concerts are free and open to the general public.

The world-famous Santa Monica Pier offers a variety of entertainment and shopping including Pacific Park amusement park; Heal The Bay Aquarium, an historic 1922 Carousel plus specialty shops/carts, eateries, and several full-service restaurants. The pier is open year-round, and parking is available for a fee on a first come, first served basis.
